IS THE DAY!!!! STUART COMES HOME TONIGHT : D So excited!!!

Le Vol

I's official! Tomorrow marks exactly two months before I leave for Belgium. I will be leaving mid-day on August 20th and arriving on the 21st at 8 am. I only bought the ticket just now so it's only starting to sink in that this is a reality!! Words cannot explain my excitment. I will be staying in Montreal for 4 and a half hours, but the other Canadian girl going to the same city as I will be there as well. I can't wait to meet her, and all the other exchange students!! Less than a week until I get to see Stuart's handsome face again... and tomorrow is my last exam! Summer is (almost) here, at last.

Le WE

My weekend consists of working and studying. One more week and this misery will be over... blah! Today I attempted to study history, but it just did not work out. Tomorrow I plan on studying Biology with a friend. Physics is just... not happening. I am super stressed about these last 3 exams but I am so relieved that it's almost over!! Freedom is only 5 days away, which is crazy. A lot of people are already finished their publics and I am jealous but at least it's almost over!

Les Examens

Aujourd'hui j'ai commencé le cauchemar : les examens. Le premier était l'anglais et c'était plus ou moins facile. Demain est mon examen du français. Je dois écrire une composition basée sur les livres j'ai lu cette année. Ils sont La Symphonie Pastorale, Voyageur Sans Baggage et La Civilisation ma Mère. Je suis un peu nerveuse pour l'examen mais je pense que je comprends presque tous les livres. Je dois étudier mais il fait trop belle pour rester à la maison. Je vais étudier mais avant je vais prendre profiter du soleil  (:

Anxiété

In two weeks I can enjoy this sunshine with my man... I have never been so anxious! The summer before I go away is going to be excellent, I'm sure. First things first I need to get through all my exams and doing as well as I can. Tomorrow is my first exam, it is the English 3201 public and I am actually kind of worried. I don't know any of the books very well but hopefully the questions will be general enough to bull shit my way through. One week of exams and then freedom. I am extremely looking forward to just relaxing this summer and enjoying it with Stuart. Did I mention that there is only like... two months until I leave? It's insane!!!! AHHH SO EXCITED! MUST DO WELL ON MY EXAMS! As the japanese say, ganbatte-masu!

La Pluie

It`s sooo cold here. Only 4oC today, and the forcast for the end of June is only 15oC. Luckily I am in exam period so I need to study a lot, but the rain and clouds have been putting my spirits down. I had a bad encounter at work yesterday as well, and I just feel tired. I can't wait for the summer and being able to finally relax. Hopefully after exam are finished on the 20th the weather will improve a bit.

La Saison

It's the season. Graduation. In this week there was not only my graduation, by my little sister from grade nine and my older brother and sister from university. It's been a busy week! Now it's time to study for biology. Publics are approaching and they mean a lot for my future. I am nervous but I am sure that I will perform well.

As this new chapter starts I will be sure not to forget the important, simple things that can be lost when becoming an adult. My exchange will be a change, but it won't be for the worst. I will grow and become different but I hope to hold on to some of the good things about being a kid. I am sure my older brother and sister will do the same as they enter the next chapter of their lives as well. Congratulations to all!
